I believe (and have proven to myself time and time again) that knowledge is power. Through evidence-based research, I am dedicated to providing you a peaceful and holistic approach to birth and postpartum. As a birth doula, my goal is to bring peace to your life. I will give you resources to know what is truly normal, answer your questions diligently, and help you navigate pregnancy and labor through an experienced lens. As a postpartum doula, my goal is to take away the stress of daily life. I help meal plan, cook, clean, you name it, just about anything outside of staring at your newborn baby and being comfy cozy in bed all day. I have two sweet babies of my own, I get it.

Birth Doula $1,050
-Three 1 hour birth prep classes at your home:
1. Ideal birth, complications, hospital policies 2. Physiological birth 3. Natural pain relief countermeasures and *specials
-Unlimited text support throughout pregnancy.
-Full in-person support throughout labor and birth. Transfer to hospital, if applicable.
-One check in postpartum visit.
*Special to having a certified Montessori Early Childhood educator as your doula: I will supply literature for baby’s future such as old school vs new CDC developmental milestones, vaccination inserts, when/how to introduce solids, BLW and also for your new plane of development as a mother: The fifth plane of development, Mother Hunger, Montessori Life Magazine.
Birth Prep (2 options) $300
1. Evidence-based information to empower you in making informed choices for your birth and postpartum journey.
-Three 1 hour birth prep classes at your home:
a. Ideal birth, complications, hospital policies b. Physiological birth c. Natural pain relief countermeasures
-Unlimited text support throughout pregnancy.

Postpartum Care $30/hr
You and I will have clear communication before birth on how YOU wants things to go for your postpartum period. If parents or in-laws are in town, let everyone rest easy while I make your life as peaceful as possible moving into or deeper into motherhood.
